【台湾研修プログラム⑤】
昨日は、Cultural Eventと言うことで、文藻外語大のCherry, Vicky, Lilian, Stephanyの4人が高雄近郊の景勝地や市内を案内してくれました。台湾の女子学生はみんなパワフルで、とにかくよく食べよく動きます。日本人学生はやや圧倒された感じではありましたが、台湾の（食？)文化の理解を深め、すばらしい学生交流ができました。
本日からは本格的に英語の授業が始まりました。コミュニケーションを重視し、ロールプレイなどを織り交ぜた趣向を凝らした授業は大変楽しくあっという間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。
残りの研修も充実したものとなりそうです。
We had a cultural event on Saturday with 4 Wenzao students, went to Rotus pond and around the downtown of Kaohsiung city. They are so powerful that Tokuyama students were likely to get overwhelmed. Anyway, they could well learnt about the many cultures in Kaohsiung and cultivated a good friendship with Wenzao students.
From Sunday, the English program accelerated by the sofisticated facilitate of Wenzao professors.
【台湾研修プログラム⑥】
今日は午前中にVickeyとCherryによるアクティビティーを楽しみました。このアクティビティーは、教室を飛び出して、キャンパス内で会った人たちをインタビューしながら、課されたタスクをクリアしていくというものでした。
初めは、見知らぬ人に話しかけるのが少し大変そうだった学生たちも、タスクをクリアするに連れて少しずつこのアクティビティーに慣れていったようでした。台湾の方々はとても親切でまたフレンドリーだったので、学生たちはこのアクティビティーを楽しむだけでなく、台湾の人たちの素晴らしい人柄を知るのにとても良い機会を得たようでした。
This morning we enjoyed an activity that Vickey and Cherry led. In theactivity our students were expected to get out of the classroom andcomplete the tasks they were given by having interviews with people they
randomly met on campus. At first it seemed a bit hard for them to talkwith strangers, but they got used to the activity little by little as completing the tasks. The Taiwanese people they met were so kind andfriendly that they not only had some fun doing the activity but also got agreat opportunity to know great personalities of Taiwanese people.

今日は文藻外語大での英語レッスン最終日でした。最後かと思うととても寂しいですが、素晴らしい先生方と熱心なアシスタントの学生さんたちのこのようなエネルギッシュな授業を受けられるのは、本当に幸運で名誉なことです。レッスンの前半、学生たちは台湾で経験したことをもとに、パソコンを使って“e-book”作成に熱心に取り組んでいました。後半では自分たちが作成したものについてプレゼンをしていましたが、学生たちは最後の最後まで少しでもたくさんのことを学ぼうと努めていました。黎先生、陳先生、Vick、Cherry、そして私達をサポートしてくれた文藻の皆さんに感謝申し上げます。寂しくなります！
Today was the last dayfor us to attend English lessons at Wenzao Ursuline University ofLanguages. It is quite sad to say that, but we have been more than luckyand honored to take such energetic lessons by the wonderful teachers anddiligent teaching assistants. In the first half of the lesson the studentstried hard to create their own "e-books" based on what they had experiencedin Taiwan using the computer. In the second half they gave a presentationon what they just made. They tried to pick up as much from the lesson as
they could till the very end. Special thanks to Lee, Professor Chen, Vicky,Cherry and everyone in Wenzao who has supported us. We will miss you!
【台湾研修プログラム⑧】
もう少しで台湾出発です。台北到着以来、学生たちは多くのことを学んできました。食べ物や言語、考え方など文化的な違いに触れようと取り組んできました。それはいつも簡単であったわけでなく、時には大きなチャレンジでした。異文化を学ぼうとする彼らの態度は称賛に値するものでした。台湾の皆さん、彼らに素晴らしい経験と思い出をありがとうございます！また会えるのを楽しみにしています！
We are about to leave Taiwan. The students have experienced a lot since their arrival in Taipei. They have tried to touch cultural differences including food, languages, ways of thinking, and others. It was not always easy but it was sometimes a big challenge. Their attitude toward learning different cultures deserves praise. Thank you for giving them great experience and memories, Taiwan!! We look forward to seeing you again!!
